Grass Fed and Finished Lamb

Our lamb is pasture raised - grass fed and finished. NOTE: Our current processor packages all of our lamb in butcher paper. This is perfectly fine for your refrigerator or freezer, but we recommend using it within 6 months or so to preserve flavor and texture.
